NFL specialists who’ve trained or coached in Daytona: Chris Boswell, Justin Vogel, Trevor Daniel, Brad Robbins, Eddy Piñeiro, Pat O’Donnell, Ryan Quigley, Matt Darr, James Winchester, and more.

Five ways to train. One system behind all of them.

Every 4th Down University program is built on the same method. What changes is how much individual attention you receive, how often you’re on the field, and whether you come to Ormond Beach or we come to you.

The method does not change between a $60 virtual session and a $250 on-campus session.

Every athlete is measured on TrackMan. Every rep is filmed. Every session is built around the same question: what specifically is costing you distance, hang time, consistency, or accuracy—and what needs to change before the next session?

Coach Dan Lundy has spent 22 years developing kickers, punters, and long snappers. His athletes have won the Lou Groza and Ray Guy Awards, earned more than 150 college scholarships, and gone on to NFL rosters. He trains out of Ormond Beach, Florida, travels to campuses during the season, and works with athletes anywhere through film.

Not sure where to start?

If you are not sure which of these fits you, we built a page for exactly that. Start Here asks where you are at and points you to one session — no guessing, and no upselling.

Know your numbers first

Free, no signup. Enter your ball speed, hang time, distance or operation times and the tool shows you which level they line up with — and which one is holding you back. Where do you stack up?
