Most specialists arrive knowing something is off and not knowing where to begin. This page fixes that. Find the line below that sounds like you, and that is your session.
You have never trained with us
Start with Small Group — $135, 2.5 hours, max 8 athletes. It is the lowest-cost way into the program. You still get TrackMan measurement, film review and individual instruction from Coach Lundy. Do one and you will know whether you need more individual attention. See small group sessions
You have one specific problem you cannot diagnose
Book Private — $210, 2 hours, one athlete. A drifting plant, an inconsistent drop, lost distance, poor hang time. Two uninterrupted hours to find the cause and work on it directly. See private sessions
You perform better w/ a few people
Book Semi-Private — $175, 2.5 hours, max 4 athletes. Everyone gets individual instruction, but you also have to execute in front of other specialists. Learning to hit your operation while someone is watching is most of the job. See semi-private sessions
You cannot get to Ormond Beach
Book On-Campus — $250, 2.5 hours, at your school. Coach Lundy comes to you on weekdays during the season. Athletes who coordinate with each other can share the cost. See on-campus sessions
You are out of state, or in season and cannot travel
Book Virtual — $60, 1 hour, from anywhere. Send your film, break it down live with Coach Lundy on Zoom, and keep the recording. See virtual sessions
You do not know if your numbers are any good
Start free, right now. Enter your ball speed, hang time, distance or operation times and see which level they line up with before you spend a dollar. It takes about a minute and it will tell you what to work on first. Where do you stack up?
Still not sure
Call (386) 453-8992 or use the contact page. Tell us where you are at and what you are trying to fix, and we will tell you honestly which session makes the most sense — including when the answer is the least expensive one.
For parents
You are not buying a kicking lesson. You are buying a process your athlete can repeat under pressure, and a record of whether it is working.
What your athlete gets
Measured, not guessed. Every session runs on TrackMan. Ball speed, launch angle, hang time, apex, LOS height — the same data college programs use to evaluate specialists. You leave with numbers, not an opinion.
Film the same day. Every rep is recorded and reviewed on the field, not emailed a week later.
One operation, built to repeat. Kickometry is our method for finding what your athlete does on their best rep, and making that the rep they hit every time. Consistency is what gets recruited.
An honest read. If your athlete is a college prospect, we will tell you what they need to work on to get there. If they are not there yet, we will tell you that too. You cannot plan around flattery.
