My son is a HS long snapper and has had the opportunity to snap to some serious kicking talent at Dan's camps and training days. While Dan's focus is on the kickers and punters, he is able to provide long snapping instruction and bring in other long snapping coaches as needed.

Dan and his staff are top notch! They work individually with each athlete on their skill and fine tune them. Our some was successful as a kicker/punter in high school, play college ball and even a season in the IFL. We regularly recommend Dan and 4DU to all kickers and Long snappers!

We traveled from Pennsylvania back in April 2023 to meet Coach Lundy and try out a private training. The instruction was absolutely amazing, that we have been back 4 more times since. I wanted to share with you that 4thdownU was recommended to us and Coach Lundy exceeded our expectations with his detailed process on improving kicking technique. Brett found the breakdown of the process very helpful in identifying areas for improvement. Dan Lundy is one of the best coaches i’ve ever had. I’ve been working with him since i’ve been 14 years old and my skills has improved significantly. I try to go out to see him as soon as possible, he’s a very technical coach that focuses on the every fundamental of the game. I’m in my second year of college first at Florida International and now at University of west Florida I genuinely don’t think if I had all the training I did with him in the process of all this I would be where I am today.

Our son works with Coach Dan as his kicking coach. With his guidance, he has become a top 5 kicker in his class. We also use Fentress for recruiting services. This is an overwhelming process and he has been extremely helpful.

Amazing coach overall. I’ve personally only done a few sessions but I see improvement every session and same for other kickers that I’ve talked to. The trackman is also a super cool experience. If you are in the area and looking for a coach I 100% recommend checking out 4downU.

I have only had one session but by far the best session, it opened my eyes on just the little mistakes i was making and i quickly improved, from the angle i was taking on field goal to foot placement on kickoff.

Coach Lundy is Fantastic! I began training with him my freshman year in high school and am still training with him regularly today as I prepare for my freshman year of college football. He breaks every aspect of the game down into simple steps to allow you to improve upon, which over time was a technique that allowed me to see tremendous growth. When I began training with coach I was unranked. Coach Lundy has been my primary coach throughout this time and without him I do not believe I would be in the position I am today with my college tuition being fully paid for due to football. He offers a number of different training options to fit the athlete. I spent most of my time with him at the small group Saturdays which I could not recommend more however, my experience at both the larger group Sunday trainings and 1 on 1 private trainings were equally beneficial to my growth as a kicker/punter. Coach Lundy is absolutely worth the money and offers some of the best value training options in the market. I was extremely blessed to have such a well respected and praised coach in the kicking industry within only an hour and a half of my house. I have seen many athletes including players from both the NFL and colleges such as Clemson and Florida State who traveled much farther to train with him. Despite his great coaching ability he is humble and straight forward. He does not play games or make promises to athletes he simply shares with them his immense knowledge of the game in a personalized way. Once again I cannot recommend Coach Lundy more and I believe my parents and high school coaches would agree. If looking for your first kicking coach or a change I would give Coach Lundy a shot!

Coach Lundy is not only one of the premier kicking Coaches in the country but he's a person of high character and cares about his players and wants them to succeed at whatever they choose to do in life. I’ve only trained with Coach Lundy once, but in that training he helped me get a lot more explosiveness through my punts. He also does a lot of interesting angles recording your form to isolate and point out minute details that you would have never seen before. Changing those little things can make the difference between a 4.5 hang and a 5.0. Would highly recommend training with coach Lundy, even in the group lessons he keeps them small and works with each person individually.

I first went to 4thdownu after my junior season of football. They accepted me and treated me like family. They took me in and by my senior season for football I was in the best shape kicking 50 yard field goals and touchbacks. Leading up to my private session with Coach Lundy, the weather wasn’t looking too good and from the beginning there was great flexibility in my training session as I flew down to FL from NY just for a day. But once we got to the field it was obvious that not only did Coach Lundy know his stuff but he knew how to pass it along effectively (which is where people get lost sometimes). Every aspect of my punting was looked at and broken down in real time and suggestions were made right then and there for improving my technique. “Buying in” and being very receptive was a key in my training as I was able to not only hit it off with Coach Lundy, and it felt like we’ve known each other for years, but in the days since I have noticed great improvement in my mechanics and overall punting abilities.
