Simon Mathiesen graduated with degrees in Business Economics and Financial Services from Northwest Missouri State University. He was also a former student-athlete on the football team, earning multiple awards and All-American honors including. Mathiesen was a nominee for the Bill Campbell Trophy in 2016. He later obtained a Master’s degree in Finance from Penn State University.

Mathiesen is now responsible for sales, product testing/development and broadcast operations for the TrackMan football division. Trackman provides ball tracking data through doppler radar technology with emphasis on helping improve the performance and evaluation of the kicking game and special teams play. In broadcast, the Trackman technology is used in the NFL on SNF and TNF to provide insights and graphics for the kicking game. Mathiesen and Coach Lundy parntered up in 2023, introducing the Trackman software to 4th Down University clients in an effort to increase efficency in training and performance.
