One athlete. Two hours. Nowhere for a flaw to hide.

Private training is the deepest diagnostic work we offer. There is no rotation, no waiting for your turn, and no splitting reps with other athletes. For two hours, it is you, Coach Lundy, TrackMan, and the camera.
That matters when something specific is wrong and you can’t identify the cause.
A kicker who was hitting 45-yard field goals in June and can’t clear 38 in September may not have a leg problem. Something in the operation has changed. Finding it requires enough uninterrupted reps to see the pattern—and someone who knows what to look for.
What a session looks like
We start with an evaluation, not a collection of warm-up drills.
You kick. We measure. TrackMan shows us what the ball is actually doing—launch angle, ball speed, hang time, rotation, and other measurable characteristics—instead of relying only on how the kick feels.
We film the reps and review them with you on the field, while the movement is still fresh. Then we identify the one or two changes that are most likely to improve the result.
You work. We re-measure. If the numbers move, we know we’re moving in the right direction.
You leave with a specific training plan for the weeks between sessions, and Coach Lundy remains available for consultation as you work through it.
Who this is for
- Athletes with a specific mechanical problem they cannot self-diagnose
- Specialists on a recruiting timeline who need measurable progress
- Athletes returning from a layoff or injury who need a complete reset
- Athletes who have plateaued in group training and need individual attention
Who this isn’t for
If you’re new to structured specialist training and mainly want to see how we work, start with Small Group at $135.
You’ll work with the same coach and the same training system for less money. Private training is worth the additional cost when you need the additional attention.
