The Day

Coach Lundy joins Upright Kicking, Jones Performance and Snyder Kicking for a day of training, evaluation, competition, and TrackMan. Specialists rotate through instruction stations covering kickoff, field goal, punt, snapping, and recovery — each one led by a coach who does that job for a living.

It's built for the middle of the season: fix what has drifted since August, get measured data on your ball, and leave with a recovery routine that holds up through November.

Venue Information - Mitchell Ellington Park

We are NOT at the stadium. 4DU camps run on the big soccer fields at the south end of the park: the field closest to Tangled Lake and the field right next to it.

Park on the south side of the long main parking lot, nearest the soccer fields. Walk straight south past the small building onto the fields - about a 2-minute walk.
