FG/KO Training Session

Time: 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Join Coach Lundy and staff for 2.5 hours of focused FG/KO instruction. Each session includes on-field film analysis, adjustments, Trackman technology, and ongoing consultation.

What to Expect

• Field Goal/Kickoff training

• Technical and tactical instruction

• Trackman (provided at all trainings)

• On-field film analysis

• Continued support & evaluation

What to Bring

• 4DU or school-affiliated training attire

• Cleats and tennis shoes

• At least 1 football (labeled w/ name)

• Tee & holder

• Charged phone (for filming)

• Water

Additional Details

• Registrations accepted until 9:00 p.m.

• In the case of severe weather, we will cancel and reschedule.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a lesson are non-refundable.
