
Field, Gym, Film day includes 1.5 hours of on field training and instruction with Coach Lundy, 1 hour of strength & conditioning with Jones Performance, and a 30 minute post-training film review!
What to Expect
On Field
- Field Goal, Kickoff, & Punt field session w/ Coach Lundy
- Trackman adjustments using on-field film/data analysis
- Film review in weightroom (after strength & conditioning)
- Ongoing consultation & evaluation
In Gym
- Strength & Conditioning post-training session w/ Jones Performance
- Explosive lower-body/core development, balance, stability, & mobility work
- Reinforce mechanics, build durability, develop fast-twitch power, track progress
- Ongoing instruction from Redford Jones on recovery, injury prevention, & long-term athletic development
What to Bring
- 4DU or school-affiliated training attire
- Cleats for field
- Training shoes (not cleats) for weightroom
- At least 1 football (labeled w/ name)
- Tee & holder (if kicking)
- Charged phone (for filming)
- Water & Towel

- Online registration accepted until 9:00 p.m. (allows time for schedule/field change updates).
- In the case of severe weather, we will cancel and reschedule.
